1. ENTRY: No purchase necessary to enter.
2. ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to legal residents of the contiguous 48 states of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
3. GENERAL CONDITIONS: All entrants must sign-up at the Our Daily Bread Ministries email list as a condition of entry into this contest. Contestants may unsubscribe at any time. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Participation will require Internet access.
4. HOW TO ENTER: Eligible entrants must “enter” by providing contact information to the Our Daily Bread Ministries email list. To enter, an eligible entrant must submit the completed fields (“contact info: First & Last Name, Email Address”). Limit: One (1) entry per person. Individuals can choose to opt-in for additional ODB resources. Opt-in for additional ODB resources is not predicated on entrants ability to win prize, but must sign contact information.
5. ENTRY PERIOD: The contest period will be between 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on August 1, 2018, and end10:00 p.m. EST on August 19, 2018 (the “contest period”). The sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or corrupted entries, whether due to technical or computer malfunctions or otherwise.
6. RANDOM SWEEPSTAKES/ODDS: Two (2) winners will be selected on August 19 2018 at the Gospel Day at the Indiana State Fair, in a random drawing (the “contest”) from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning the prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
7. PRIZES: Each featured prize bag will have over $500 worth of items:
–Prize: Copies of Discovery House books (each bag is subject to numerous books and/ or CDs), one (1) Our Daily Bread t-shirt, one (1) customized Amazon Echo Dot, one (1) tumbler cup, one (1) coffee cup, one (1) beach towel,
A winner is not a winner of the prize until the winner’s eligibility has been verified and the winner has been notified that verification is complete. The prize is non-transferrable.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The two winners will be announced at the Gospel Day at the Indiana State Fair on August 19, 2018. All winners MUST be present to win. If not present, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner (selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entrants) if three (3) good-faith attempts to contact the entrant by email OR communication via the platform at the Gospel Day at the Indiana State Fair are unsuccessful. Only two prizes will be awarded.
9. USE OF CONTEST INFORMATION: All entries become the property of Our Daily Bread Ministries. Our Daily Bread Ministries reserve the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including submissions provided by the contestants, for editorial, marketing, and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
10. CONDUCT: All contest participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Our Daily Bread Ministries, in its sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person they find to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of their website, or is otherwise in violation of these rules.
11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Our Daily Bread Ministries are not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected email or for any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or technical failures of any sort, Our Daily Bread Ministries may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest. Entrants further agree to release Our Daily Bread Ministries from any liability resulting from, or related to, participation in the contest.
